NOTICE

          You are hereby notified that a Special Meeting of the Tupelo Airport Authority is called to meet at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the terminal conference room located at 2763 West Jackson Street, Tupelo, Mississippi.

          The object of said meeting, being called pursuant to Miss. Code, Section 21-8-11, is to discuss and act upon the following matter of business:

Memorandum of Understanding between Tupelo Airport Authority and

Universal Asset Management

Potential Litigation

Personnel Matters

Boy Scouts of America Lease

Lease Review
