You are hereby notified that a Special Meeting of the Tupelo Airport
Authority is called to meet at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 9th, 2026, at the terminal conference room located at 2763 West Jackson Street, Tupelo, Mississippi.

The object of said meeting, being called pursuant to Miss. Code, Section 21-8-11, is to discuss and act upon the following matter of business:

Regular Session:
1. Election of Officers
2. Banking Deposits

Executive Session:
1. Potential Litigation
2. Property Surplus
